Travis Gerhard
Travis Gerhard is the President & CEO of TMG Financial Group LLC, where he excels in
providing insurance, estate planning strategies and financial solutions to business
owners, families, and individuals. Through active engagement with clients, he helps them
make smart, strategic decisions as they navigate through the formulation of their
financial goals and retirement planning. Whether it be a business, family, or individual,
Travis works with clients as they prepare for the financial future they hope to achieve,
while helping others preserve what they have worked hard to build.
Travis began receiving the Quality Award from the National Association of Insurance and
Financial Advisors (NAIFA) in 2011, has been a Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar
Round Table since 2012, a member of New York Life’s Executive Council from 2011-2013, and
New York Life’s prestigious Chairman’s Council in 2014 and 2015.
Born and raised in Idaho, Travis is an active supporter and board member of Make-A-Wish
Idaho. When he’s not at the office, his three daughters Bailey, Taylor, and Lyla, provide
him with endless entertainment and joy. Any additional spare time is spent golfing,
camping, fishing, and relaxing with family and friends.
Reese Phillips
As an experienced entrepreneur with a background in Medicare and financial services, Reese
Phillips is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex insurance and financial decisions
with clarity and ease.
Known for his strategic approach and client-focused guidance, Reese strives to empower individuals and families to make informed choices that align with their goals. His commitment to service and experience ensures every client receives trusted advice tailored to their unique needs.
Heather Duncan
Heather Duncan is the Business & Operations Manager for TMG Financial Group LLC.
Wearing many hats, Heather works with clients to ensure that they receive diligent,
personalized service with the highest level of quality. Also, being the primary contact for
clients at all levels of service, her client management and scheduling coordination are
second to none. Furthermore, Travis’s ability to remain focused on making sure his clients
have the best possible experience is unabated as Heather oversees the day to day operations
of the office.
Heather, her husband Jose, and their blended children of Garrett, Chloe, Jennika, Raelyn,
Slade, and Riley are always on the move with family activities, sports, or just out having
fun. In her spare time, she loves to camp, hunt, play sports, and just enjoy time with
family and friends.
